HAYLEY HAMILTON | BIO

BIO | EXAMPLES OF WORK

My name is Hayley Hamilton.I live in Raglan with my partner and our 3 children. After studying at Central St.Martins School of art and design in London,I moved to NZ.Being involved with Jet collective, since its conception, has given me a supportive environment to experiment with product.‘Monster’ was opened in 2002 which allows me to supply my clay work to design galleries around New Zealand.Whilst having a creative business is very rewarding,I have found my need to exhibit once a year has become invaluable.Painting gives me a freedom.Sometimes it is an extension of my clay.sometimes it stands alone.I try to find that true, still, small voice.
